What we cannot answer
We cannot assess your individual case. That means we cannot tell you whether your application will be approved, which permit you should apply for, how to answer a specific question from an authority, or what to do about a decision you have received. Those answers require a legal examination of your case, and providing them would be a Rechtsdienstleistung under German law, which we are not permitted to provide.
If that is what you need, a lawyer specialising in migration law or a recognised advisory service is the right address. The Disclaimer sets out where the line runs.
If your question is about a threshold, a deadline or a document, the answer may already be on the site. The Learn hub lists every article by track, and each one states the date its content was checked.
