Who it is for

Why Full Access exists

Some applicants do not fit a single track. They sit between tracks, switch tracks over time, or carry dependencies that reach across tracks. Full Access is built for them.

Profile 1

Multi-track applicants

Eligibility for Study or Work is unclear at the start. Full Access maps both paths, so the right one is chosen on structure rather than guesswork.

Profile 2

Track switchers

Study to Work after graduation. Work to Family after marriage. Family to independence after the qualifying years. Each transition has its own gates, all mapped.

Profile 3

Cross-track dependents

Sponsor on Work, dependent considering Study. Family-permit holder seeking a Work permit. Two-track logic, where a change in one affects status in the other.

Exclusive to Full Access

Two tools that read across all three tracks

Beyond the nineteen track modules, Full Access includes two interactive tools that work only when more than one track is in play. Structural perspective that no single-track plan can give.

Interactive cockpit

My Gate Map

Enter where you stand today. It reads your target gate backward into dated milestones, and shows how your Study, Work and Family tracks connect. Your position is saved to your account and travels with you to every renewal.

Switch grid

Track-Switch Matrix

When can you change purpose without leaving Germany, and when does a switch force a fresh visa from India? One grid across Study, Work and Family: which moves are allowed inland under §39 Nr. 1 AufenthV, which are only at the authority's discretion, and which break the rule.

Both tools are exclusive to Full Access. They are not part of any single-track plan.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What Full Access covers, how it works, and what sets it apart from a single-track plan.

How is Full Access different from a single-track plan?

A single-track plan gives you that track's full module set. Full Access gives you all nineteen modules across Study, Work and Family, plus the two tools that only work when more than one track is in play: My Gate Map and the Track-Switch Matrix. If your path is settled on one track, a single plan is enough. If it is not, the cross-track tools are the difference.

What exactly are the two exclusive tools?

My Gate Map is an interactive cockpit: you enter where you stand, and it reads your target gate backward into dated milestones while showing how your tracks connect. The Track-Switch Matrix is a reference grid for changing purpose, mapping which moves between Study, Work and Family are allowed from inside Germany under §39 Nr. 1 AufenthV, which are only at the authority's discretion, and which force a fresh visa. Both are exclusive to Full Access.

Is this legal advice?

No. bay.in is structured documentation. It explains the gates, the German Behördenbegriffe and how the tracks relate, in plain terms. It does not assess your individual case. Binding decisions rest with the Ausländerbehörde and a qualified Rechtsanwalt.

How current is the content?

All twenty-one units are maintained against current 2026 thresholds. Dated figures are isolated and marked for verification, because German law changes. We date-stamp what is time-sensitive so you can confirm it against the source.

How long does access last, and does it renew automatically?

Twelve months from purchase, with no auto-renewal. As a founding member, your price stays locked at what you paid even when prices rise later.

Who is Full Access not for?

If you are firmly on one track, with no dependents and no switch on the horizon, a single-track plan covers you and costs less. Full Access earns its price when more than one track is in play.
