Why Full Access exists

Some applicants don’t fit a single track. They sit between tracks, switch tracks over time, or carry dependencies that reach across tracks. Full Access is built for them.

Profile 1

Multi-track applicants

Eligibility for Study or Work is unclear at the start. Full Access maps both paths so the right one can be chosen on structure rather than guesswork.

Profile 2

Track switchers

Study to Work after graduation. Work to Family after marriage. Family to Independence after qualifying years. Each transition has its own gates — all mapped.

Profile 3

Cross-track dependents

Sponsor on Work, dependent considering Study. Family permit holder seeking Work permit. Two-track logic where a change in one affects status in the other.

All three tracks at a glance

Each track has its own gates, dependencies, and risk zones. Full Access includes the complete content for all three.

Track 1

Study

  • APS, Sperrkonto, admission gates
  • Enrollment continuity conditions
  • Post-study window and transitions

Legal anchors: §16b, §20 AufenthG

Track 2

Work

  • Salary thresholds, Blue Card category
  • Employer dependency and contract conditions
  • Post-termination and Niederlassung paths

Legal anchors: §18a / §18b / §18g AufenthG

Track 3

Family

  • Sponsor permit, income, housing gates
  • A1 language gate and exemptions
  • Independence path (eigenständig)

Legal anchors: §§27–30, §31 AufenthG

Cross-Track insight

Beyond three single tracks, Full Access includes content that maps how the tracks relate to each other — structural perspective that does not exist in any single-track plan.

Cross-Track 1

Cross-Track Insights

A unified view across all three tracks — where Study touches Work, where Work touches Family, where dependencies reach across tracks. Designed for applicants whose path is not yet single-track.

Cross-Track 2

Cross-Track Timeline

A timeline-oriented view that shows how phases, gates, and renewal windows align across tracks — useful when a track switch is on the horizon or when sponsor and dependent are on different tracks.

Cross-track content is exclusive to Full Access. Not part of any single-track plan.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Full Access — what it covers, how it works, and what makes it different from a single-track plan.

What does Full Access include that single tracks don’t?

Full Access includes all three single-track plans (Study, Work, Family — each with Matrix, Scenarios, Renewal Pack, Transition Map) plus two cross-track resources: Cross-Track Insights and Cross-Track Timeline. The cross-track content is exclusive to Full Access — it does not exist in any single-track purchase.

Why pay ₹8,900 for Full Access instead of buying tracks separately?

Three single tracks bought separately total ₹8,700. Full Access at ₹8,900 includes that, plus two cross-track resources that single tracks do not. For applicants whose path is single-track and certain, a single track is enough. For everyone else, Full Access is the structurally correct choice.

Is this legal advice?

No. bay.in provides structural information — legal references, thresholds, conditions, and trigger consequences as documented in the Aufenthaltsgesetz and current administrative practice. We do not represent applicants and do not provide individual case advice. For case-specific guidance, consult a licensed German Rechtsanwalt.

How current is the content?

All thresholds are set against the current 2026 figures (Sperrkonto, Blue Card salaries, family income gates, language thresholds, post-study/post-termination windows). Legal references point to the Aufenthaltsgesetz as in force. When figures or rules change, the affected modules are updated — included in your year of access.

How long is access valid?

12 months from purchase. One-time payment, no auto-renewal, no subscription. After 12 months, access ends unless you renew — you decide.

Who is Full Access not for?

Applicants with a clearly single-track path who don’t need cross-track logic. If you know with certainty that you’ll only ever be on Study, Work, or Family, a single track is enough. Full Access is for cases where the path is multi-track, ambiguous, or expected to shift over time.
